WorkConnect focuses on employment-related guidance and resource connections for older adults. This program area explores pathways to meaningful, flexible, and age-appropriate work, as well as information related to job readiness, income support resources, and community opportunities. WorkConnect is designed to support independence, dignity, and continued participation in the workforce without pressure or obligation.

LearnConnect focuses on educational and skill-building opportunities that support confidence, independence, and lifelong learning for older adults and caregivers. This program area explores access to classes, workshops, digital literacy resources, and community-based learning opportunities. LearnConnect is intended to help individuals navigate learning at their own pace, with respect for different backgrounds, experiences, and goals.
